• Nightly “courier” service at our office which insures quick water sample results(36 hours)
• Re-Chlorinate after each inspection(if bacteria fails we are one step ahead, ready to flush and resample)

• On site estimates (if additional work needed, large selection of used products to help close deals)
• Courteous office staff takes care of all paper work.  KWD will provide copies of inspection invoice, letter of approval, and water sample results.
• Payment due at close or escrow for work performance is not a problem!!!
• Winterize/De-Winterize Service at sample tap(no extra charge)
• Generator mounted on truck (we can test system/pull samples if house doesn’t have electricity)
  

Well Inspection includes:

• Location of well – meets all required isolation distances
• Chlorination of well as a precaution after testing
• Free estimate if work needs to be performed to meet state   
  and county codes.
• Well gpm(gallon per minute) production
• Free Water Treatment inspection
• Water Sampling

Septic Inspection Includes:

• Septic tank is located and evaluated (pumped only when
  needed)
• Location and inspection of drainfield/drainbed
• Backhoe service available if needed.(2 excavators)
